My wife and I entertain frequently, and we’re always looking for new ideas to spice things up.
One of the more popular things we came up with was our Wall O’ Schnapps.
If you like cocktails, you’ve probably got more bottles of liqueurs than you you know what to do with. Many are hardly touched, some are very old, and some were gifts.
Arrange them all on a table with the desserts and create a Wall O’ Schnapps. Ours looks like this:
The different colorful bottles curl around one end of the table and the desserts are at the other. We put a bunch of shot glasses in front of the bottles so people can easily sample the different liqueurs.
Everyone has fun trying things they’ve never had before.
