New Recipe (ala “How to Drink”)

1/2 ounce Smith & Cross Rum
1 ounce very aged rum (i.e. Aged Goslings)
1/2 ounce El Dorado 5 Rum
1 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Orgeat (Small Hand Foods)
1/4 oz of Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Dry Curacao (orange)

Old Recipe

1 dash Pernod
1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 ounce orange curacao
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1 oounce white rum
2 dashes angostura bitters
Garnish with Pineapple wedge, chery, and mint sprig
