Any excuse to get my wife to make her killer Tex-Mex Guac is good enough for me! She’s kept the recipe her secret for years. Until now.

Ingredients (Serves 10)

5 ripe avocadoes
1 roma tomato – finely diced, seeds & stem removed
1/4 cup white onion – finely diced
3 Tbs.Green taco sauce – we use La Victoria Tabasco sauce
Fresh squeezed lime juice
Salt & pepper
Small Tostada rounds
Pico de gallo

Smash avocado with just enough lime juice to keep it from turning dark. Add tomato, onion, taco sauce, and about 20 drops of Tabasco. Stir together, adding salt & pepper to taste. Put a scoop of guacamole on each tostada round, garnish with pico de gallo.
